The Cloud Executive has issued a notice concerning the group purchase of RAIN EFFECT album and donation for funding RAIN EFFECT support activities.  Following is the link:

**Group purchase of RAIN EFFECT album for overseas fans**

As you know earlier on we accepted application from overseas fans to pre-order the album. However subsequently we found out there are a number of websites that offer the album with international delivery.

The Cloud Executive has announced in her notice the price of the album ordered via the Cloud: 15,000 KRW, excluding delivery fee.  Payment has to be by bank transfer.

For overseas fans who submitted their pre-order, I need to calculate the shipping cost individually for each of you.  I will also assist with PayPal but this will involve a very slight currency exchange loss.

It seems to me that it may be cheaper to buy the album directly from websites (making sure to purchase from websites that count the sale of the album on Hanteo chart).

However if you prefer to stick to your order via the Cloud, I will be very happy to assist.  I will write to those who applied and confirm which way you prefer to buy the album.

**  Donation to fund RAIN EFFECT support activities**

We hope world clouds can unite together and do our best to make RAIN EFFECT  topping all  Korean pop charts as soon as it is released.  Purchasing the album only counts for a certain %, a lot of the counts depend on the purchase of sound source.  For tips about getting to top charts please refer to the following post:

The Cloud now seeks voluntary donations from all fans, which will be used solely to support  RAIN EFFECT album.  We hope many fans will participate on this like what we did for R2B and other charity projects.  Contributions can be done via PayPal.  The PayPal account is: heidi.shanghai@hotmail.com.

We will also appreciate group contributions driven by individual fan sites.

I will acknowledge all contributions when payment is received.  Contributions will be converted into Korean Won and will be transferred to the Cloud Executive.  I will also prepare a full contributor's list and submit to the Cloud Executive for record.

RAIN to hold fan meet in Korea on October 12th.. First domestic activity after discharge

Soloist Rain will be having his first domestic activity after his discharge from military service in July.

On the 25th, according to entertainment officials, the singer will be holding his first fan meet in KyungHee University, Seoul on October 12th 4PM.

Registered fanclub of Rain, ‘Cloud’ has recently posted a similar announcement on their homepage.

This will be Rain’s first official domestic activity since his discharge 3 months ago. It is expected that hit songs will be performed and various activities will be conducted.

Previously, the fan meet was supposed to be held on August 3rd but unfortunately it was delayed due to insufficient preparations then.

The event representative spoke to Star News, “Prior to his military service, Rain had promised fans to hold a fan meet. This fan meet does not mean that Rain will make a comeback,” and, “This fan meet is titled as, ‘Clouds 8th fan meeting’. We have yet to decide on the detailed plan yet”, he revealed.

Discharged since July 10th, Rain has yet to carry out any domestic activities. He has, however, went for overseas schedule such as in Thailand and China.

행사 관계자는 이날 스타뉴스에 "입대 전부터 이미 팬들과 약속되었던 행사로 본격 컴백을 의미하는 것은 아니다"며 "행사 명칭은 비 공식 팬클럽 '구름 8기 팬미팅'이며, 아직 세부적인 내용은 정해지지 않았다"고 말했다.

지난 7월10일 전역한 비는 현재까지 국내에서 별다른 활동을 하지 않고 있다. 다만 태국, 중국 등 아시아 지역을 중심으로 해외 스케줄을 소화해왔다.

지난 8월 24일 태국 방콕 임팩트 무앙 통 타니에서 열린 태국 최대 음악축제 '소닉뱅2013' 무대에 올라 현지 팬들을 만났고, 지난 9월2일 중국 상하이에서 광고 프로모션을 진행했다.

소속사 관계자는 앞서 스타뉴스에 "국내 음반 작업은 아직 시작하지 않은 상태"라며 "갓 제대한 만큼 얼마간은 휴식을 취한 뒤 신곡 작업 등에 돌입할 것"이라고 강조했다.

한편 비는 지난 16일 큐브엔터테인먼트의 레이블 회사인 큐브DC와 전속 계약을 맺었다.
