Regarding the criticism that Rain had private meetings while on leave for official work duties:

The Defense Ministry has announced that a disciplinary committee will be held in the service support troop in which Rain is serving to take measures regarding Rain’s violation of the military service regulations in a manner that will ensure fairness with other soldiers. El Ministerio de Defensa explicó que de acuerdo a los lineamientos disciplinarios especiales para los soldados de entretenimiento, cuando un soldado de la ayuda pública de servicios de información se ausenta de la base, estará acompañado por un oficial y las prácticas durante este  desempeño deben ser completados antes de las 10 PM, que es la hora en la que el soldado debería volver a la base. El Ministerio también explicó que el jefe de la Agencia de Defensa para Servicios de Información Pública, que gestiona las tropas de apoyo de información pública, directamente se reportará mensualmente a el comandante del equipo de soporte de servicio del Ministerio de Defensa, quien es el comandante en jefe.

Departermen Pertahanan telah mengumumkan bahwa komite disipliner akan diselenggarakan pada pasukan pendukung dimana RAIN bertugas untuk menentukan sanksi atas pelanggaran yang dilakukannya dengan menjamin keadilan bagi prajurit lainnya. Karena telah terjadi peningkatan pemakaian prajurit PR, ada kasus dimana mereka tidak diseleksi sesudah enam bulan bertugas sebagai prajurit, tetapi sudah langsung diputuskan secara internal saat pelatihan prajurit baru. Sebenarnya, kuota prajurit yang ditugaskan sebagai PR tidaklah banyak. Biasanya hanya terdiri dari sekitar 20 prajurit. Ini termasuk prajurit di bagian teknis. Apakah benar-benar layak untuk melimpahkah kesalahan kepada prajurit jika kelalaian disiplin kemudian menjadi masalah saat ijin pergi diberikan pada siang hari atau bermalam tanpa pengawasan dari petugas pendamping?
